05 · Word Around The Valley
"They recently prepared my house for sale: replaced rotten wood, sanded and painted, changed out windows, repaired water-damaged areas and made everything watertight, replaced the roofing, pressure washed, and took care of every odd job that came up along the way. They handled literally everything, and they even dealt with an incredibly difficult tenant and handled it impeccably. I would highly recommend them."
Robert Kenfield · Burlington, WA"They quoted it on Tuesday, started Thursday, and my roof was done before the weekend rain. Cleaned the gutters on the way out without being asked."
Homeowner · Mount Vernon"We had rot behind the siding nobody else caught. Johnson's found it, showed us photos, fixed it properly and still landed on the original quote."
Homeowner · Burlington"One crew handled the paint, the windows and the concrete walk. Not having to manage three contractors was worth every penny."

Hiring a contractor is a trust decision. Here's how Johnson's handles the things that matter, in plain language.
Yes. Johnson's Quality Construction LLC is a registered Washington contractor, bonded and carrying full liability insurance. You can verify any WA contractor's registration yourself on the state L&I website, and we encourage you to.
Yes. When a job needs a permit, we pull it, schedule the inspections, and build that into the quote. You never have to chase the county yourself.
No big up-front deposits. Payments are staged to match progress on the job, and the final payment comes after you've walked the finished work with us and you're happy with it.
It happens a lot in the Northwest, especially rot and water damage. You'll see photos of what we found, get a clear price for the fix, and nothing extra happens until you approve it. No surprise invoices.
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed on every job, on top of the manufacturer warranties that come with roofing, windows and materials.
Quotes usually happen within days. Small jobs often start within a week or two, and bigger projects get a clear start date when you approve the quote. Active leaks and storm damage get moved to the front of the line.
No. Punch lists, one-day repairs, the odd jobs other contractors won't return calls for: bring them on.
